    Lack of A/C before June is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber!!! Inconvenient lake access needs serious improvement, the rocky shores are hardly inviting!!!

    The hotel was spotless and incredible, had perfect views of Garda lake. Staff were unobtrusive, and facilities were exceptional here. There was a stylish restaurant with excellent meals.

    the staff were constantly affable and efficient. its location a 10-15 minute walk from ciclopista del garda cycling park was amazing and excellent. moreover, it was short walk to transport to-and-from the local town.

    The Junior Suite with Lake View offers amazing views. The outdoor spa experience is fantastic for couples.

    Leaving the hotel at 12pm without the option to use the facilities until departure is a hassle, especially with a 9pm flight-it would've been good to know upfront. Accessing the lake is a bit tricky with rocky terrain that could use improvement. Breakfast could benefit from not charging extra for items that should be included in the room rate. Feeling nickeled-and-dimed can be off-putting.

    Let me tell you, the service is out of this world. We arrived late, around 11 pm, and they treated us like royalty, offering drinks and telling us to relax before even checking us in.

    It was a bit pricey, but honestly, for the quality, it's worth it.
